We ship internationally. Orders are being sent to any country in the world using a variety of carriers. Depending on the destination country, size and weight the cost will be calculated. We will do our best to find the cheapest carrier.
Note: You can always decide to choose your own desired carrier to pick up the shipment, you will need to arrange this yourself.
If you choose your own carrier, please select "Pick up at our warehouse" as a shipping method, we will pick & pack your shipment and put it on hold for you (or your carrier) to pick up. The pickup day will be the same as the schedule below.
Package or Pallet
An average package can contain two folded pieces or one roll. Depending on the weight and size of the fabrics, a package can contain more pieces.

Once you received your order confirmation email, we will process and dispatch your items ready for shipment within 1-2 business days, unless you have opted for an estimated date of departure. Orders will be continuously processed Monday – Friday. When there is any form of an expected delay, for example, because one or more items are out of stock or no longer available, our sales team will contact you as soon as possible.

Choosing a date of departure (ETD, estimated time of departure)
During the checkout process, there is an option to provide us an estimated date of departure. We will process your order and keep it on hold for shipping until the date you provided. If you do not provide us with an ETD, we will ship as soon as possible.
Pick up at Knipidee International BV, Almere, The Netherlands
It's possible to pick up your order at our warehouse address by yourself or by your own desired carrier (you will need to arrange this yourself). Once your order has been processed and is ready for pick up, you will receive a notification that your order is ready for dispatch. When you received this email, you can collect your order from our pick up location. In addition, you can leave us a pickup date during the checkout process, where we get your order ready for when requested.

Please note that we ship internationally and for that reason, all orders may be subject to the customs duties or import taxes of your country. By placing an order at the Knipidee International BV Webshop you are responsible for any import taxes upon the package's arrival.

Knipidee International BV is making it's best effort to adjust photos to be as close to the actual product as possible. Please understand that product images and color accuracy can be displayed differently on each computer, wireless device or monitor. These differences can be caused by several effects when photographed such as lighting, shininess and the texture of the fabric. If the fabric does not match with your expectations for some reason, you can make use of our Return Policy.
Our Return Policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, we can’t offer you a refund or an exchange. Your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it in order to be eligible for a return. If you wish to return an article, please contact our sales team. We will provide you the returning guidelines including a form to fill out for the reason of your return. Please note, returning shipping costs are non-refundable. We kindly recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance for a large number of returns, for we don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
If your product is deemed faulty, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org as soon as noticed and provide us clear photos of the damage. All damage claim requests must be made within 30 days after delivery. We will provide you a proper solution, mostly either a refund or an exchange for items being confirmed as defective or damaged.
